Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone designers review
This stylish Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone became the sound tool of my choice. Because it is simply nice. When you walk into a design studio, there will be at least someone with their headphones on. The artist mouse clicking away focus to get the urgent job out the door. For some the headphone become part of working tool playing music to their ears so they can block out all the distraction. While the sound quality should be the most important feature, however I’m no professional musician. So as long as it has reasonable sound quality I was all good. Ironic as it is, when I was searching for my very own headphone, I was drawn by the style, built, comfort and price.
The Marshall Monitor Bluetooth design
I looked at many brands from the Beats, Bose, Plantronics, Sennheiser, Sony and even the latest Microsoft Surface Headphones. That was until I stumbled across the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone. At first glance it looked cool. Its basic round form characterised with a retro look build for the modern age. Wires that weren’t just wires, they were coiled. Say no to cheap plastic replaced by small gold metal elements. The rubbery texture is solid and yet it is also soft. The Marshall Monitor Bluetooth is also foldable, collapsing into a compact form for easy travel.
How does the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth fit on the ear?
When it comes to comfort, the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone did feel a bit tight and heavy at first when I place it on my head. Maybe my head is a big too big, yeah I have a big brain to pump out all those creative juices. However cushion off by soft leather on the ear muffs, overtime was not an issue for me.
Does the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth rock on for long?
Battery life is awesome. You can rock hard with the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone for hours and days without a single recharge. No other Bluetooth headphones can last that long. And if it does die out you can plug the cool semi coiled 3.5mm headphone jack for endless music. It doesn’t end there, when that port isn’t been occupied, you can share your music with a friend by connect a companion headphone cable into that same slot. Ideally I would have preferred the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth to have a USB C charging port instead of the old micro USB but it is what it is.
The Marshall Monitor Bluetooth controller?
Navigation is made simple, you have a single joystick for the volume and to skip track and that is it. No thumbing around pressing buttons. I haven’t used the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone for phone calls so I can’t comment too much on that.
Does the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth sound good?
I mainly use my Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone for pop music, watching YouTube and occasionally TV content. Sound leans more towards being basey which I don’t mind for my hip pop tunes. The treble sound can be a bit muffle, so if you listen to classical music I guess there are better options with other brands.
Beware of fake Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphones
While the Marshall Monitor Bluetooth Headphone has so many good point, one that can be a let down is the fakes. Jump on Amazon, Ebay and non reputable retailers and you will find near perfect imitations of the Marashall products. For some, this can be a make or break the deal. Which is ashame because putting your hard earned cash and to have the perception it could be a fake hits hard. For me I was happy enough to make the purchase through the official store in Europe. Since I know I’m have the original, I have no fear of being ripped off. If you are keen on buying this cool looking sound tool for your everyday creative life or whatever means, make sure you get it from a genuine retailer stores that has direct distribution rights.
